1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from The Lab store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Products

All products sold are digital FiveM scripts. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each purchased script on your FiveM server(s) in accordance with the applicable license terms.

• Products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
• Delivery occurs automatically via Tebex after payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time.

3. User Accounts

You may link your Cfx.re account to access the dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased scripts without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of FiveM/Cfx.re terms.
• Tampering with the store, API, or authentication system.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Lab provides scripts "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including server downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify significant changes via Discord or the website.
