No Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products (FiveM scripts), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks once the product has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital goods cannot be "returned" and waive any right to a refund or chargeback.

2. Why No Refunds?

• Digital products cannot be "returned" — once delivered, they cannot be taken back.
• All products are thoroughly tested before release and include documentation.
• Free support is available on Discord to help with setup and integration.

3. Exception (Store Credit Only)

In the rare case of a severe defect that makes the product unusable and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe, a store credit may be issued at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent account suspension, revocation of all licenses, and a ban from our services. If you have an issue, please reach out on Discord — we are reasonable and will help.
