End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, The Lab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased script on your FiveM server(s). This license is per-server — each server requires a separate purchase unless otherwise specified.

2. Permitted Use

• Install and use the script on your own FiveM server(s).
• Modify the script for your server's needs (configuration, translations).
• Receive updates and support for the duration specified at purchase.

3. Prohibited Use

• Redistribution — You may not share, sell, trade, or give away the script or its source code to anyone.
• Public disclosure — You may not publish the source code publicly (GitHub, forums, etc.).
• Sublicensing — You may not sublicense, lease, or rent the script.
• Competing use — You may not use the script to create a competing product.

4. Intellectual Property

All scripts remain the intellectual property of The Lab. This license does not transfer ownership. The Lab retains all rights, title, and interest in the scripts, including any modifications you make.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the script. The Lab reserves the right to revoke access to purchased products for violation of this EULA or our Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer

Scripts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Lab is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or server issues caused by the use of our products.
